8. You are requested not to take any risks or put yourself or others in danger while producing or submitting content for Jagoron.

জাগরণের আপনার কাজ ব্যবহার করা সংক্রান্ত শর্তাবলি:
আপনি যদি চান যে জাগরণের পক্ষ থেকে কোন সাংবাদিক আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করুক, তাহলে আপনার ফোন নাম্বার রেখে যান।
কিছু কিছু ক্ষেত্রে আপনার মন্তব্য থেকে নির্বাচিত এক বা একাধিক মন্তব্য আপনার নাম ও কোথা থেকে লিখছেন তা ছাপা হতে পারে, যদি না তাতে আপনার আপত্তি থাকে। তবে আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করা যায় এমন কোন তথ্যই সেখানে থাকবে না।

১- জাগরণ তাদের অনলাইন সার্ভিসে ব্যবহারের জন্য আপনার কাজের (আপনার তোলা যেকোনো ছবি, কোন ভিডিও, গ্রাফিক্সের কাজ বা অডিও ক্লিপ) পুরো অংশ বা আংশিক চাইতে পারে। এই চাওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে জাগরণ সকল ধরনের নিয়ম মেনে চলতে বদ্ধপরিকর। এই নিয়মের মাধ্যমেই ঠিক করা হবে জাগরণ কীভাবে আপনার কাজকে ব্যবহার করবে এবং আপনিই বা কীভাবে জাগরণকে আপনার কাজটি ব্যবহারের অনুমতি দেবেন।
২- আপনি যদি জাগরণকে আপনার কাজটি (আপনার তোলা যেকোনো ছবি, কোন ভিডিও, গ্রাফিক্সের কাজ বা অডিও ক্লিপ) ব্যবহার করার অনুমতি দেন, সেক্ষেত্রে জাগরণ বিনামূল্যে তা যে কোন কাজে সমগ্র বিশ্বব্যাপী প্রচার করার অধিকার রাখে। জাগরণ তার প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী কাজের যেকোনো অংশ বাদ দিতে বা নতুন কিছু যোগ করতে বা এটি সম্পাদনা করতে পারবে। যদি জাগরণ মনে করে যে এর কোন অংশ জাগরণের শর্ত ভঙ্গ করে, তাহলে ওই অংশটি কেটে বাদ দিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।
৩- অনুমতি দানের মাধ্যমে আপনি আপনার কাজটির সম্পূর্ণ অংশ বা অংশবিশেষ যে কোন ভাবে, যে কোন প্রয়োজনে এবং পৃথিবীর যেকোনো স্থানে ব্যবহারের জন্য জাগরণকে পূর্ণ অধিকার পও স্বাধীনতা প্রদান করছেন। জাগরণ যদি চায় তবে তারা তাদের সহযোগী যেকোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষকে (অন্যান্য সংবাদ সংস্থা) এটি ব্যবহারের অনুমতি প্রদান করতে পারে।
৪- আপনার কাজের সত্ত্ব আপনারই থাকবে এবং এক্ষেত্রে জাগরণের কোন বিধিনিষেধ নেই। আপনি চাইলেই অন্য যে কাউকে এটি ব্যবহারের অনুমতি দিতে পারেন।
৫- আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে আপনার কাজ বা কাজগুলো তৃতীয় কোন ব্যক্তির কপিরাইট বা অন্য কোন আইন লঙ্ঘন করে না বা এতে আপত্তিকর কিছু নেই। আপনি আরও নিশ্চিত করছেন যে আপনার কাজটি একান্তই আপনার এবং এটি কোন প্রচারণার কাজে বা বেআইনি কাজে ব্যবহার হয়নি এবং এর পেছনে ব্যবসায়ীক উদ্দেশ্য নেই। এছাড়া আপনি আরও নিশ্চিত করছেন যে আপনার কাজে যদি কোন ব্যক্তির অংশগ্রহণ থেকে থাকে, আপনি তার অনুমতি নিয়েছেন অথবা যদি ১৬ বছরের নিচে কাউকে ব্যবহার করে থাকেন, তার অভিভাবকের সম্মতি নিয়েছেন।
৬- আপনার যদি কোন আপত্তি না থাকে তবে আমরা আপনার কাজের অংশের সাথে আপনার নামও দেখিয়ে থাকি। কিন্তু অনেক সময় এমনটা নাও হতে পারে।
৭- বিভিন্ন কারণে (আপনার কাজের ব্যাপারে নিশ্চিত হওয়া বা অন্য কোন প্রয়োজনে) জাগরণের পক্ষ থেকে আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগের প্রয়োজন দেখা দিতে পারে। কখন এবং কোথায় আমরা আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারি তার জন্য বিস্তারিত ঠিকানা ও ফোন নাম্বার দিন।
৮- জাগরণের জন্য করা কোন কাজের ক্ষেত্রে কোন ঝুঁকি না নিতে এবং নিজেকে বা অন্যকে কোন ধরনের বিরূপ পরিস্থিতিতে না ফেলার জন্য আপনাকে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
৯- জাগরণ তাদের কাজের প্রয়োজনে আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য জানতে চাইতে পারে।
১০- জাগরণের শর্তাবলি মেনে আপনি যদি আপনার কাজ (আপনার তোলা যেকোনো ছবি, কোন ভিডিও, গ্রাফিক্সের কাজ বা অডিও ক্লিপ) জাগরণের সাথে শেয়ার করতে না চান, তবে দয়া করে সেগুলো জাগরণের ওয়েবসাইটে পাঠাবেন না।
